We have provided over 30 large and medium size and 20 small companies working in pulp and paper, sewing, fishing, food processing, machine building and service industries with consulting services by our experts. Concrete positive results were achieved at each company:

For 10 companies restructuring plans were developed and implemented, including new organisational structures and systems,

A number of enterprises were submitted rebuilding of management and accounting systems (financial management, expenses control, breakeven analysis, orders efficiency calculation)

At a number of companies the restructuring of organisation and management accounting systems were carried out.

6 companies were assisted in establishing contacts with foreign partners

Review and preparation of business plans according to international standards were carried out for obtaining credits, also by foreign institutions.

The investment group “Intervaga” from Muenster/Westphalia is interested in import of blockhouses out of needle tree for there German clients. Until now those different types of blockhouses are imported from Scandinavian suppliers. “Intervaga” buys between 30 to 40 of such houses per year. Now “Intervaga” is looking for a producer in Baltic States or in Russia.
