Background

The Kaliningrad Consulting Centre “Business Expert” (KCC) has been operating since January 1996. During 1997–1998 it has been implementing a TACIS project “Post-Privatisation assistance to large and medium-sized privatised companies in the Kaliningrad Region” in co-operation with Pohl Consulting & Associates an experienced German consultancy, which has multiannual international experience of consulting.

During 1997–2002 Kaliningrad Consulting Centre has rendered consulting services of different difficulty extent to more than 70 enterprises. Also it has carried out a number of international projects in Kaliningrad oblast and out of its limits.

Today Kaliningrad Consulting Centre “Business Expert” is one of leading regional consulting companies, founders of which are KCC experts, Kaliningrad International Business Institute and swedish consulting company “Swedish Development Advisers”.

Kaliningrad Consulting Centre takes participation in Russian-Swedish programme “Develop Your Business” directed on high management, enters into the Euro-Russian Consulting Group — association of Russian consulting companies, co-operates with City Executive Board of Kaliningrad and Kaliningrad State University.

Kaliningrad Consulting Centre “Business-Expert” has established long-term business relations not only with local organisations and institutes but with foreign ones — Union of Baltic sea countries Chambers of Commerce and Industry, European delegation in Moscow, Organisation of Economic Co-operation and Development, Baltic Institute (Sweden), consulting company “Swedish Development Advisers” and other governmental and commercial organisations and companies of Europe.

During 4 years Kaliningrad Consulting Centre has been extending consulting support in sphere of company management connected with restructuring, competitiveness improvement, cash flow optimisation, assets and resource management.
